This is especially true for chronically overwhelmed nervous systems, which, let’s be real, most of us are dealing with after weathering the last four years of (ongoing) collective chaos on planet Earth. WHAT IT INVOLVES
Over the course of 60-75 mins via Zoom, you will be guided through a series of subtle, but powerful movements and mindfulness cues to release stress, and restore calm. The entire class can be done in your pajamas, from your bed or on the floor.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
Comfy clothes
A bed or space on the floor with a rug or yoga mat for softness
A pillow
Optional but recommended: an 8 inch soft pilates ball (like this one or this one).
