GROUND SIGNAL
In this workshop, guest teacher Jack White—movement therapist and head wizard at Attuned.space—guides us through a standing somatic practice to harmonise our physical foundations and deepen our connection to presence.
Jack first shared this practice with me during a service swap earlier this year, and it’s been helping me unravel old identity patterns held not just in my mind, but in the physical structures and neural wiring of my body. Releasing and rewriting those ingrained postures has been essential for crystallising the new ways of being I’m stretching into.
It’s simple in form, but it works on layers most people never touch. I’m so glad he brought it into SpaceUnknown. You’re in for something special!
